Every product sold by our company is covered by each manufacturer’s warranty. Zynitech Medical, Inc. (Zynitech) will notify all Medicare beneficiaries of the warranty coverage, and we will honor all warranties under applicable law. In addition, an owner’s manual with warranty information will be provided to beneficiaries for all durable medical equipment where this manual is available.
Products under personal categories (including breast pumps and accessories) are not returnable once the package seal is broken. This is to ensure the public health of others who will handle the products following a return. Defective breast pumps must be returned directly to the original manufacturer; please contact your breast pump manufacturer for more information.
For other products, please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If you item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to email@example.com immediately and we will work with the shipping company process resolve the issue.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to administration fee whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
